We had some left of yard bird quarters from yesterday. Grilled up some red bell peppers and zucchini. Made a salsa with some grilled corn, tomatoes, black beans and avocados
I fried catfish in the direct sun light!! We don't fry inside. You guys did good tonight except for that Panhandle Guy that cooked scratch and dent Redfish. One piece had a chunk missing, must have been on sale! Looked awesome btw.
Hearty meal tonight. Smothered chicken over rice,cabbage and green beans. Oh and some dang good cone bread
I always think about smothered pork chops or smothered steak but for some reason rarely do smothered chicken. It’s sooo good, need to get it back on the menu. Yours looks delicious.
I’ve been playing with my Anova Sous Vide recently, and couldn’t pass up these gorgeous lamb loin chops at Sam’s yesterday.
