Communication is Key

So, my neighbor and I had a minor disagreement that bothered me to no end about six weeks ago. We haven’t really had a chance, or made one, to talk since. We finally got a chance today and worked everything out and it’s all good again. Just needed to talk.

I think that communication is key to all relationships in life. I’m sure if I could get some real communication at work things would be much better there.

Anyhow, y’all carry on.

Good. When you feeel you are right it is easier to bow-up in righteous indignation and cut off all communication until the other person realizes they were wrong. Problem is, that almost never works. (You see that a lot in estranged families) If you can maintain a little perspective, put your ego aside and you have some communications skills, it is often easy to diffuse a tense relationship

I’ve heard 80% of business issues arise from poor communication. From what I’ve observed at work, I’m inclined to believe it.
