Never met a TACO I DID not LIKE....Chorizo and egg ... my fav (but not the kind that red grease runs down your arm)

Fried egg over easy with Salt and pepper or 2 Gringos Chupacabra
Two slices of fried bologna
Buttered and grilled flour tortilla
Cheese if you got it. Any kind.

Dang son, better eat that with a side of Lipitor or Crestor.

When I am up for a Taco breakfast. I go to Ritas in either Ingram or Kerrville.
Eggs, cheese, beans, bacon and can't forget the hot sauce.

Frijole y queso
Huevo con chorizo
Huevo con tocino
Chopped beef and egg
Or, one with everything, frijole, queso, huevo, chorizo, papas, salsa verde, etc

Salsa verde is the real emulsified peppers kind not the gringo tomatillo kind.

There is a place over in EaDo on Dowling that everyone raves about but those tacos are just ok to me.

Umm, its a breakfast taco. Most are basic goodness.

Ham egg and cheese or bacon potato egg and cheese are my norm.

Next time I hit a LTC I'm tempted to try the wienies a la Mexicana. Looks like hot dogs sliced up and cooked like fajitas with peppers and onions.
