3 years. Our good friend does our work and he is the best in our area. We could get things done faster but don't push him. He's worth the wait time. Usually he gets things done in about 1 1/2 years. One man shop with high demand.

Taxi has had whitetail of mine 30 months and an axis 24 months . He used to have about 12 month turnaround, but I know of several other people that he has in the same boat as me. I was just curious because most taxi stories that I have heard running this long have not ended well.

Around 2 years. Great work too

I’m one that drops it off and just waits for them to call me though I don’t sit and call every other month even if they’re over their projected time

Little over a year on my stag. Was well worth it, he said it would be a little longer than it ended up being also.

I’ve been waiting on 4 ducks for 3 years and counting!

He did tell me though when he gets them done he’s not going to charge me so we will see how that goes

Close to three years on a shoulder mount. He used a lot of excuses and did have some health issues. I don’t think he put the right cape on the mount.

I've been waiting on a few of my mounts for over 15 years; I'd have to double check the drop off dates.

If they can’t get it done with in a year they are backing up and taking in too much work.

That being said I’m waiting on a black coyote going on 2 years..

A year plus is my normal but I know it going in and always have several animals done at once. I have used the so called 'local taxidermist' when on traveling hunts and never received my animal back (3 or 4 times). I now, no matter what, stick to the same guy, no matter the difficulty.

4 years, but a great mount and a trade. I would still use this taxi if needed. One of the best at anything I have seen.

I did a trade on this and did not check or ask, it is what it is, but the mount is awesome and to me that is all that counts.! Is this taxi good, yes, way better than most and has won and judged many contests for taxi's!

About 20 months on my Bobcat and my fox. Dropped them off one week apart. Got them back on the same day. Guy does fantastic work, but he kept putting me off which irritated me. He initially told me it would be 8-9 months.
