That "water lizard" was over the top this year Bruce! Hope yall keep that recipe coming in years to come.

I had actually told one of our new guest that it was "Water Lizard". She was hesitant. But loved it! Then I tempted her a little more. The hesitation got less each time. Then I told her it was gator. Don't think she had ever had gator before. So yall made a Water Lizard lover out of her!
