    DIY Lifetime Target

Finally got to one of my rainy day projects and used scrap wood I had laying around from my house remodel. Shooting area is 36" x 36" and it stands 5' tall. Shooting skins are made of double layered weed barrier and will have spray paint targets, and I used two heavy duty contractor trash bags to hold the old clothes in. Gotta go to storage tomorrow and get all the bags of clothes I have saved for this project and will update with finished product pics in a couple days.Click image for larger version

Plastic Feed sacks work good as filler also. Mine stays out side. Because of weather I have to make a new one about every 7-8 years. It works great just make sure you don't ever shoot broadheads in it.

10-4, I need more filler! Got it about 2/3 full with clothes

And plastic bags from the cleaners. Last I checked amazon sold it by the roll.

Looks great - here's another filler idea. Find an old couch that is being thrown away, take the foam out of the cushions and break it up into softball sized chunks. Probably 1/3rd of mine is filled that way.

40 yard group, the arrows pull out of this target super easy, I'm happy with how it turned out
