Elk Hunting Pack

I'm going bow hunting for elk this next year so I'm starting to buy my gear early. I'm looking for a good pack somewhere is the 3000 range I believe. New or used. Let me know if you have one for sale or what you recommend. So far I'm looking at the Badlands sacrifice LS but I don't know anyone that has hunted it.

Mystery ranch gets my vote you might end up paying a little more than 300. I have used two of their packs and have nothing but good things to say about them. Well worth the price.

I've looked at them. They have a couple in that 350 range that would work for me.

Exo Mountain 3500 is a top notch pack. You can find them used in the 375 - 400 range on Rokslide sometimes.

i have the cabelas brand pack its the older version of this and i love it.. when you are packing far in morning you can secure your weapon and keep your hands free etc.. or when packing out the pack seperates into two and you can stuff an entire elk hind quarter bone in and strap it tight

I really like my Exo 3500 for what I do down here in Tx. I haven’t elk hunted with it, though. I can tell you that it will pack around an entire whitetail without much of an issue.
