once the first two defendant's won.............it was over! Glad that the courts prevailed, but the city of Baltimore has systemic issues that truly need to be addressed.

Good now those officers should sue her directly, and the city/citizens should sue to get their money back she gave the family.

The DA is being sued. She should be prosecuted for malicious prosecution. The judge told her that he had not seen one shred of evidence that a crime had been committed. Why did she decide to forgo a Grand jury and prosecute them without evidence?

The Mayor should immediately resign and be sued as well.

Because she knew the charges would be thrown out.

The Mayor is too busy at the DNC right now to resign.

                    3 things should now happen.
All officers charged should sue the **** out of that DA and the Mayor (I would say City too..)
The DA should be brought up on charges...be it hate crime or whatever legalese for her not investigating at all and essentially selling another white cop/black victim crime to the media from day one.

Obama should be called out for his participation in this and the rhetorics he spewed about it...charged with liable as well..essentially ruining these officers lives...
(but since this is like the 4th or 5th time hes done this **** , and the 4th or 5th time its been completely debunked ...nothing will happen to him.)

I hadn't picked up before on the fact that the city gave Freddie Gray's family $6.4 MILLION! Wow, maybe they should have waited for some of the facts to come out before reaching for the checkbook.

On another note, Marilyn Mosby sure seems to have some anger issues. She should probably seek some counseling or medication.

If the money is not returned then I would say that EVERY family in Baltimore who has lost a family member due to justified police actions should now go sue the city for 6.4 million dollars citing this case!

She seems to be standing by her actions even though she dropped the charges.
