Before I learned to map the riser on the wood grains on my longbow...(now masking tape is more adjustable)... I was mapping my longbow and especially my recurve for yardages by the inside and outside curves of the riser and strike plate...as one of several referenced aiming points...the arrow tip being another. I reckon Id be legal in whatever class as long as I dont reference the riser curves.
