Target has the nikon d3100 with the 18-55 and 55-200 lens for 599$ is this a good deal?

That's a pretty good price especially for both of those lenses.

I have the D3100 and love it. I got it with just the 18-55 lens and the bought the 55-300 when it was on sale. When i got the camera and 18-55 lens it was over $700 then so $599 is not to bad.
