Looking at the list I'd like to offer brining some fruit (bananas, apples & oranges)

And sugary snacky stuff, unless parents don't want that as an option.

And/or I can help relieve some of the items being covered by other teams.

Thanks Buckybill. We might could use more bread. The 12 loaves might not be enough. I think we came up with that # in relation to #'s of grilled cheese sammies and di not consider the PBJ's.
Koolaid could work too. I know we have a couple coolers for the drinks, but don't think anyone has specifically said anything about the drinks for the coolers.

Thanks Dave, We may or may not need it. If we set up in the pavillion as last year (close to electric for the griddles) it could come in handy for supplies to set on rather than 5 ft away on anotehr picnic table.

Thanks for that buckybill.

I plan on bringing ~ 3-5 bundles of bananas, a couple bags if oranges (small easy to peal jobs) and a couple of bags of apples so they can swing by and grab a snack between meals if need be.
I'm also brining a few boxes of single serve gold fish.

If this is ok with y'all, don't want to impose on what you already have going on.

How many bags in a box? No need to go overboard, 2-3 maybe if there are 12 to a box. Chips did not go over so well lat year.

Not sure what time we'll be getting there, what time are you guys kicking everything off.
Kid food sammies last year kicked off a bit after the other teams were serving so we could all get a good sampling of the foods(including the kiddos) and partake in other teams we were on.(That and took a bit to find where Corey had the cheese!!!) Quite a few adults partake in the grilled cheese sammies last year as well. Coulda been the drizzly weather, but who knows.

Deb -

We'll throw in another 5 gallon cooler and a jug of koolaid or lemon-aid mix. Also noticed that no-one has listed cups, so we'll pick up a Costco supply of smaller cups.

WIll that work OK? Anything else, just post a request.

Cool!!! I think someone did mention cups but there can never be too many of them. I have some as well. Good with the cooler and koolaid. I picked up some just in case from donation $$ so there should be plenty of liquid options!!!!

Kid Food was a huge success!!!!!!! Thank you everyone for lending a hand and keeping our kiddos (of all sizes/ages) happy happy happy.

A special Thank you is deserved to this young man. Blake (the oldest by a minute), one of TripletDad's triplets, looked for me. He had been up since 5:30 awaiting and excited because he decided he was going to volunteer for Team Kid Food. This young man had some anxiety he would be too late not be able to help or just miss the op.
Well I am here to tell ya this guy can make the sammies!!!!!! WE had a real good time getting started and after a bit, a variety of other people including Macie and family, helped keep the grilled cheese flippin'!!!!!!!!!
Thank you all so very much!!!!!!!!
So many people donated to the team. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!
