This is probably my favorite recipe for doves, especially for people that think doves are no good or you're tired of the poppers that everyone seems to turn them in to. Super simple recipe that everyone will like and the most tender doves you'll ever have, or at least they turn out super tender when I make them this way. Hope some of you try this out, you won't be disappointed. The recipe will also work well with other game birds or types of venison.
