Big Trinity County buck

One of my best buds from the sheriff's office retired last year. He's the guy that talked me into trying bow hunting about 20 years ago and put me on my first bow kill.

He's on a great lease in Trinity County and has killed a lot of good bucks in the 130s and 140s. He's bow only and passes on a lot of bucks every year.

He shot one two days ago that scored 159". Couldn't be happier for him. just a super dude that deserves this east texas monster.
