$1,950/acre is actually not bad at all for the area. We sold a property with little improvement out that way back in 2011 and we got $1,200/acre. Not even in the same stratosphere as this place!

I cant speak for them, but we weren't hit at all or less than a dozen animals if at all. We found a couple dead deer around that time, but dont think it was anthrax. Last outbreak there was 2001 or 2002 I think. They dont run livestock I dont think and neither do we, so we are substantially less likely to be hit hard.
