Progress update:

Was able to get free metal roof panels from an old boat house at a local lake. It was tough work removing the panels and dragging them up hill out of the creek bottom and unto the trailer.

Roof panels installed minus 2 pieces that I will buy new. Still got to cut excess and add top cap.

It is really neat knowing the holes dug, the boards cut and the nailing hasn't been done since my grandfather's time. I bet he would be tickled knowing someone still cares about the legacy he started. Its a lot cheaper too!
