Best radar detector

looking at replacing my old passport(escort) radar detector. What have y'all used? Probably going to stay with escort but theres a few options to choose from. The reviews online help a little but I would like to hear from y'all. lets hear it, thanks!

I have a Passport in 6 different vehicles. The one in my new truck is the
Passport Max. It is by far the best model i have owned. I have a Valentine as well. It works great but is ugly.

I have had most every brand and Valentine is the best IMHO. That being said i don’t really use them anymore with the 75mph limit. I typically drive 80 on the highway and get left alone.

Valentine. Only time in over 10 years that I have gotten a ticket was late at night when the trooper was using pop radar when I got close enough to get me. It still went off, but it was too late.

I just picked up a Uniden R3. It was the highest rated on several websites I looked at.

I did a lot of research back in January and I ended up going with the new uniden. Best bang for the buck and out performed some of the $600 radars. I'm very pleased with it.i drive 100 miles round trip every day and it has saved me more times then I can remember

I like the escort/passport. If you decide to sell your old one LMK, I am interested in buying it

The new Uniden R3 is the best bang for the buck. Many of the same features as $500 RD’s yet priced a bit less. Do your research and checkout the objective findings. The Valentine 1 and Escort 360 are great units if your brand loyal.
