          Stalled around 215. I am 6’2 and gave noticed some muscle loss. Still loosing inches, not so much on weight.

          I know for a bit I was not eating near enough calories.

          18-24 hours fasts are what works best for me...do that a few times a week.

            I found this interesting. Not that I'll be shooting to maintain a number. Ketometer strips are not cheap from what I heard.

              On a Keto diet that was suggested to me by the guy that owns the gym where I work out. He used to do body building and his wife does it competitively.

              Breakfast:
              three scrambled eggs
              1 tablespoon of non salted organic butter
              2 slices of bacon

              Lunch:
              12 oz of lean organic ground beef

              Dinner:
              Fatty beef steak or salmon
              All the lean ground beef I want
              Three boiled eggs
              1 tablespoon of same butter

              I’ve mixed in some beef liver pills, kelp pills, and amino acid pills. Three weeks in and the beer gut is leaving. Only cardio I do involves lifting weights 3 days a week.

                Be careful on the amino's. Some say that they can knock you out of ketosis.

                    No problem, just some things I heard from the some YouTubers. I believe Thomas DeLauer covered it. Specifically Leucine IIRC.

                          Not yet, but it’s on the list to try. Using Keto Drive right now. Gives a helluva energy boost. So much so we only use a 1/2 scoop.

                            Also picked up some peanut butter protein powder. Add a little of that to the chocolate shake and it’s like drinking a Reese’s peanut butter cup. Perfect for a morning shake or after dinner dessert.

                              I had a taste of the Chocolate with Sea Salt and didn't care for it. I'm using Sports Research Keto Plus. The Raspberry Lemonade is pretty good for ketones.

                                Back from Bownanza. I went in willing to take one for the teams, but with Kevin's help I was able to maintain ketosis through all the good food, yesterday! It really wasn't hard with ribs, wings, bugs and even gumbo (no rice). I did have a few vodka/waters (and a "taste" of Radar's shine, but I kept it pretty light.
