Nice and cool this morning in Hunt county. Just dropped a coyote at 9 and a young deer trotted by a couple minutes later as if to say thanks.

Depressing. 4 day weekend and was supposed to work and hunt on a buddy’s lease. His plans changed which obviously changed mine.

I hunted the pass two days activity is really slow , too green and acorns are still falling in my neck of the woods we need a hard freeze soon my plots look awesome though, I wont be back out till tues and hunting till Friday going to be nice and cold!!

Ill just take one that can be decisive, even if they screw up... RUN or pass... dont just look like a deer in the headlights while large men bear down on you haha
