That PVC pipe, chained to the center post, holes drilled in it, filled with corn thing.

Hogs push it around and the corn falls out the holes.

Looks to me like it's a cover over a t-post.

              Never seen that design.
              Looks like it works great
Pigs are hammering the corn now on my place.

You unscrew the top of the upright pipe and fill it up with corn as well. The pigs/deer will bump it and the corn will fall out of the bottom. It also covers the t-post.

Yeah this setup holds about 2/3 a bag of corn in the ground pipe and upright pipe and I have to fill it back up every weekend. They are hammering it very consistently and I have been thinning them out 1 or 2 at a time per weekend.

Something to slow the suckers down so you can get a shot before they eat up all of the corn and move on

I used a barrel with screw on lid with holes in it and an eye bolt with a chain on the bottom

Works well. Can hear them working it from a ways off

That looks like pre-drilled sewer pipe. I don't like it because it has far too many holes. 4 is enough. You want the hogs to work for it. It keeps them around longer giving you more chance to get there when they're still spinning the pipe. My 2c

That's actually what I need to do is get a new pipe with only 4 holes. I probably wouldn't have to fill this thing back up every week then.

Im needing to try this out. I also ready some people put marbles in there so the pigs constantly hear something rattling around in there? I would go with 4 holes as well.

What size holes are you drilling? How did you connect the chain to the pipe? That 4" pipe?

I've got a spot i'd like to put a feeder, but I'd have to walk the corn in (no road). This looks perfect.
