    Leoncita Management Muley Hunt

Hunted with Desert Safaris and had a great time once again.
My son's buck went a bit over 25" wide and scored 147".
We did't score my buck or my Dad's....
Sorry..I can't figure out how to rotate the pics.

Nice. Is this a draw hunt or something one would have to pay for?

It is a MLD ranch, tags are for sell.

Nice muleys! They got a bunch of them there.

That's the ranch where I shot my auodad, did you guys get back into Rincon Canyon, or Horse Thief Canyon past the old house?

We hunted Hatch Canyon and Horse Thief.
They had one sheep hunter there, and he hunted Rincon.. killed a nice 32" ram.
              That is one big ranch!

Horse Thief is beautiful...that's where my brother-in-law killed his sheep.

Rincon is where I killed my sheep, not familiar with Hatch.

We spent most of our time in the low country in the evenings and would go up high to glass the hills in the mornings. Saw a group of elk and pronghorn up by the lake near the landowners place. Just an unbelievable amount of game on this place. I really enjoyed watching the quail at the feeder at the camp house.

It's an amazing place, I want to go back someday. I was hoping to see some elk, but we didn't.
