Hope you find him, letting the other hunters finish their hunt is going to be nothing but beneficial for both of you. It will give the deer time to expire if he hasnt already done so and let everyone else finish up their hunt.

Sounds like he was hit hard...but the fact that he did cover a lot of ground and jump fences along the way doesn't sound good for the recovery odds. Giving him some time is definitely a good plan.
