Academy on Cherry Ln is known for that. Several people have reported having that happen in that location. No doubt it's someone who cruises the area regularly looking for victims to steal from.

It sucks and it's not your fault, but dang, that's like leaving a Remington 700 in a bright orange gun case with a sign saying "take me" in a open bed of a truck.
