1-8" twist 22-250 ammo

Hey all,
Thinking I'll be getting a Tikka T3x 22-250 1-8" twist rifle for a graduation present. Wanting to shoot some heavy bullets for target and deer.

Are there any factory loads that shoot heavy for caliber bullets? Would love to get some 75gr Swift Scirocco or the 70gr Accubond.

If not factory ammo, can y'all recommend someone to load some up for me?

I have a T3 Lite in 22-250 and use Barnes Vor-tx factory ammo. It’s only 50 grain rounds, but I’ve taken 3 deer (neck shots) and several hogs with it. They shoot great in my Tikka.
