Going to make this for my bunch this weekend.

I have one question though. Are you adding anything to the Bisquick before dumping the eggs in? I got a little confused.

Looks like she adds the following:

Now, back to the original recipe, add 1½ tsp salt,
½ tsp pepper,
and ¼ tsp oregano to the mix.

fry up breakfast sausage, mix into corn bread batter, bake like cornbread...while this is baking, make gravy from sausage drippings.
