cotton seed question

Called the local gin and they only have sprayed cotton seed available (for those that dont know, they spray the plant to kill so they can strip). Do yall feed the seed with chemical spray or wait for when the freeze kills the plant?

We feed cotton seed what ever is available. Never thought about sprayed or non sprayed.

We feed cows all winter and we all kill our cotton with chemical. No problems.

I would venture to say 90% or more is defoilated deer and cows have been eating it for years. In our area we may not get a freeze until december too long to wait.

Not concerned on low fence property and we are surrounded in cotton...deer seem to reproduce just fine.

Go for it. The large majority of it is sprayed
