I've shot and tuned several of them. They are very nice bows, I personally like a bow that is a little heavier so I don't own any carbons but if I did it would be this one.

I like the carbon spyder. However, the backwall on the hoyt line is "mushy" to me. It isn't what I'm use to shooting over the years, so I couldn't get use to it.

Nice bow though.

I agree they feel "mushy" to me and I shoot Hoyt! I recently shot the Elite and first thing I said was that feels like what I remember shooting. I have got used to the feel so now I am trying to decide if I want to make the switch or stay with Hoyt because I do like what they make.

Hey I shoot a 2014 Carbon Spyder 30 and I gotta tell you I just love it smooth draw lite quiet fast u cant go wrong with it. Now the turbo is a little faster but not by much. Now some ppl complain about the price now its a little up there but u only live once might as well be happy you deserve it dont u
