    ETX 10pt Score?

This is a known 4yo that we're trying to get a score consensus on. I have run some numbers and have an idea, but would like to get some other opinions. Unfortunately, I only have one hard-horned pic in here, because my camera batteries died on 9/10. For reference, when he bulks up completely for the rut he should be around 185lbs give or take 10lbs.

His brows and G4s are fairly short, but his beams are long.

Probably low 30's, but in two-three more years would be a serious stud. He appears to be a 3.5, maybe 4 max.

I would have to say low 30s. If his left G2 and G4s were better, he would push into the 40s

Thanks for pointing that out. He does look possibly 3yo right now, but we know he's not 3yo because of our history with him. The best time to age a buck is right before the rut, because they are most likely to be in the best physical shape and more accurately show their age. This is especially true if you don't have history with a particular buck. By the end of October he should be sporting the full 4yo cobra neck. You can already see him filling out from the velvet pics to the hard-horned one.

And I completely agree about his future potential!

He may not make AR this year.
