Instead of jumping in the blind, corn the road and jump in the truck to hunt the road....

Good afternoon. A little hot. So we were fighting wasps the entire time. But we saw 8 does and had them anywhere from 20-100 yards. She had fun, read her book a lot and actually watched a lot for deer. We did see 4 red headed wood peckers on one tree. And they hung around for about 30 minutes.

This is where we were hunting out of a 5x8 box blind.

Yea we have a lot of them here at our place. All 4 were on the same tree. They are really neat to watch and how they interact with each other.
