    Cedar Clearing

Does anyone know of a good way to kill cedar or know of a cheap clearing company in the Boerne/San Antonio area?

I had some cedar cleared outside Kerrville a few years back. Had several bids and I guess I underestimated what it was going to cost. I don't know if there is such a thing as cheap removal. Maybe I'm just cheap but I know one thing I didn't want to do it on my own with a chainsaw and weak back. That stuff eats up chains like crazy, hope you have better luck than I did. I had mine ground up and piled up for later use. All my neighbors liked that, they took all they wanted and I still had big piles of chips to spread out.
The equipment that is used by the cedar clearing companies takes a few dollars to keep running, just like anything else.
