How ever many batches you make, be sure to give Tina some lessons on one of them!
She LOVES this stuff and talks about it every time she sees a head of cabbage!

In! I got a disk, burner, propane tank, a cutting board, shade, table, and cooler! We can bring the onions and bacon and some seasonings.

Try throwing a few diced Roma tomatoes in sometime and see what you think. The folks that were at the Concho Man Chicken Burn and liked the cabbage there can vouch for how good it is.

I will definitely come by this team when I am done with my team taquito duties.

Good deal I didn't put one down because its under construction. I'm already searching for a propane shop too get a bigger burner and stuff to make my skillet run Maximus cabbageus!!

I bent mine out of a flat piece of 14ga and it almost took my ear off when the clamps came loose and she came all un-spooled! The right sized piece of pipe would sure come in handy!

Recipe varies, dependin on who ya ask.
Moser got it from Kck. I got it from Moser....


1/2 package of peppered bacon (cut in 1/2" pieces)
1 link Prasek's Jalapeno Smoked Sausage (sliced up)
bundle of green onions (chopped) or 1 white onion (chopped)
2 heads of cabbaged (ruff chopped)

Fry bacon on disc to almost crispy, add onions until translucent, add sausage.

When above is the way ya want it, add cabbage.

Season to taste, cook cabbage down to desired tenderness.

If bacon grease aint enuff to cook cabbage, add olive oil.
