Default Free 12 pack of beer in Frisco...

Bought some Shiner Ruby Redbird a few months ago...I don't like it. It's in my fridge here in Frisco. A few Prickly Pear may be thrown in also.

The first to PM me gets it. I will send you my address and leave it on the front porch. I'm in West Frisco, South side of Main.

Maybe I should throw in a bottle of wine to sweeten the deal?

Surely someone is crazy enough to take me up on this sweet deal?

It's pretty sad that a guy can't even GIVE away free beer. Says a lot about Shiner.

Is anyone gonna step up and defend this Texas beer?

You're in luck! I have a feeling it will still be here tomorrow. Check back tomorrow.

Gonna go thru my safe and see if I can't sweeten the deal by throwing in some 22lr

I hurt myself when I saw the thread title. MEDIC!!

But it hurt even more when I read it was Ruby Redbird. That stuff's nasty. The Prickly Pear I like. Good luck giving away free beer (never thought I'd ever hear myself say that).

Regular Shiner is good beer. Especially after playing ball. But that Ruby Redbird stuff is....well....for someone.....hell I don't know. I bought a 6'er myself one time and there may still be 4 in my garage somewhere. Prayers sent.

At this point you may be better off pouring it out and throwing the bottles away

It's easier to give it away.

Let me amend that, it would be easier if someone took it off my hands.

Well gentlemen, the Ruby Redbird is spoken for. The winner, er taker, wishes to remain anonymous. I feel that I should respect her, I mean his wishes.

I'm not gonna close this thread until the merchandise is gone.

Wait. No way can you just "give it away" without disclosing who took them. Not after all the crap we gave you. Come on...spill the beans. Inquiring minds need to know.

It was a family member wasn't it.

Nope, it was a TBHer. He says his SIL likes it...I think it's a cover up...but I don't care. I just want this stuff gone.

He's a ten point, that's all I'll say. I'm starting to believe his SIL may actually want it.

I'll admit it. I like it, but I'm not the one picking it up. It surprised me that I did like it since I don't like wine coolers, champagne, or watered down U.S. beers. My wife bought me some of the Shiner Strawberry and that stuff is nasty.

I like about 1 out of every 4 or 5 Shiner beers they put out but I'm scared everytime I try a new one. Most of them range from "pretty bad" to "I'll never drink again". Ruby Red is one of the worst. Prickley Pear is really good every now and then if you like different. Love Shiner Bock and Blond is good. My favorite was the Shiner Smokehouse. Wish they would bring it back!
