Yup its a cool pic, but I'm calling fake. Here is why.
Cat is moving, as indicated by front paw curled for taking a step and looking like in stride. Fawn is hanging straight down with no drag direction from hanging in mouth. Fawn would have a rearwards tilt from being dragged or carried forward.
