    Arrow Grippers

Looking for arrow grippers for when making hip quivers. For 11/32 wood and/or 2018 aluminum arrows. Any ideas, thanks.

3rivers sells some replacemet for quivers. As for making them, I have yet to come up with a satisfactory solution.

I cant remember where I saw it. But the foam mats used in gyms or in kids play areas work.
I used a piece once to make a bow stringer and it worked pretty good.
I have also seen layered pieces of leather used for this.

Needed a replacement gripper for my bow quiver, and I made it out of a flip-flop from WM for about $.99

I have used flip flop and mat material. It just lacks rigidity in comparison to rubber. I have also used layered leather. Its rigid but lacks memory after a while.

I'd suggest something along the lines of a heavy mud flap or a piece of stall mat.
