Hell I cant afford the doe/cull forage oats.

Well because of this thread I now have a bag of BFO’s to plant. Had them shipped to my house (ouch) , ordered them Wednesday afternoon and they where here on Friday!
I also have a bag of bob oats to pant so I’ll try and see what does the best for me.
We should make this the official BFO thread.

I borrowed a plow and was all ready to plant mine this weekend but the dang PTO connector for my brush hog was stuck like it was welded on. (Anyone have a good tip for getting it free? It's the collar type like an air hose fitting)

The ground was still pretty soft anyway so I'll probably try again next weekend.

Had a low spot in meadow flood Saturday. Checked it today... more worms
