    Glen's BarBQue Sauce

Ok many have asked for this and always kept it in my blood family but Im now extending it to my second family on TBH

    2 cups ketchup
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup water
    6 tbsp vinegar (any kind)
    4 tbsp worceshire
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 tbsp liquid smoke
    4 tbsp molasses
    coarse black pepper to taste
4 tbsp of whatever brisket rub your are using.
and I usually put a little tequila or whiskey in it.
cook this on the stovetop in a saucepan.

use it for bar-b-que sauce/ put it in crockpot with pulled pork

People will like it and better than any BBQ rerstraunt Ive been to.

This stuff is really good. I found my wife at the pot with a spoon, she said she was going to eat it like soup.

Glen, my son had 3 friends over today passing through San Jose on the way back to college from spring break in San Diego (wish I was 21 again!). I smoked a local hog rump, some Texas whitetail backstrap, and my son did a couple racks of store-bought pork ribs.

The word around the table as the guys wolfed down the food was "awesome BBQ sauce".

                      Thanks from CA!

You've converted 4 Cajuns to never buying bottled BBQ sauce again! Awesome recipe.
