We are yak Parmesan last night with some pasta last night-delicious. Had yak burgers today that were great. That sealed his fate! I always heard they were good. This is jr and i's bachelor party and a species I don't have. Gonna be yak and bison at the cookout the night before the wedding. Who does that?
