Has anyone else heard of this or seen this done? The Game Warden told us to fence it off on our side unattached to his fence which is what we’ve done.
You didn't even slow the deer down with that wire you strung along there. You need to put a panel up.

That barbed wire you put up isnt going to stop anything. You need a panel or netting wire.

Amazing what some people will do. At least his feeder pen is so dang small deer probably aren't too eager to go there.

i've seen it, guys add an extra 10 acre " catch pen", bait and leave the gate open, when you get what you wan't inside close the catch pen gate and push them into the main HF area.

I thought it was illegal to trap wild deer (aka state-owned property) into high fence operations? Why wouldn't the warden want to ticket/investigate further?

Put a galvanized panel there, not the barb wire and go get some orange construction safety fence and run it all along the side of the fence adjacent to his property.

                  That is a ****** bag.

What a jack ***! It looks like high fence between the blind and feeder also. Is his feeder in a corner and that blind is on your side of the fence?

Cut a hole in the fence outside the trap area.

It's a catch pen. That is his feeder and his blind. The catch pen grabs from our side and he releases what he wants onto his property.

An excellent idea, but the GW stated that any damage or altering of his fence could be reported as vandalism.

As to why the GQ doesnt get him for trapping, said we have to video capture the act.
