Wow, looking at 10 years and $500,000 fine.

That's the max prison time and fine. I'll bet he doesn't get more then a month in prison if any and under $25,000 fine and it will probably be much less. Hopefully it will be more but I doubt it.

we had a couple fellas cut a hole in a fence and killed a big buck on the wrong mans land. He was well connected and rich....$10,000 reward brought info that convicted the two. Driver got ten years, shooter got LIFE IN PRISON three time convicted felon got the full pull on number four.
