          the ZZ bloody Mary mix adds more bold flavor, not "heat" or spicy

          add serranos or japs if you want it "hot"

                      Is the ZZ used instead of tomato sauce? I was planning to use Rotel, tomato sauce and ZZ. How much of each should I use per pack with 2 lbs of meat?

                        Best chili ever! I tend to mix fresh beef and venison to get the favor we like. And, just last night I used a couple of the fajita packets on some beef from a stock show steer we purchased earlier this year. Just about makes your head spin good :-)!

                        Recently ordered his boudin mix and can't wait to give it a whirl again. It has been about 5 years since we made some but I remember it being great.

                          do you have the recipe / directions ?

                          I personally don't use tomato sauce .... add 2-3 cups of ZZ after you brown the meat , cook down the vegetables, and add the packet of seasoning. Then add chicken of beef stock to get the desired consistency
