ladder stand-ladders?

Going to build a 8' x8' x 8' tall platform to set a old 4'x8' box blind on. Looking for ideas on steps. Planning on a new box blind next year for the deck, maybe a 6x8 or 6x6. anyways need it needs to be easy for the little kids and grandparents to get into. Thinking about going up diagonal off one side. any ideas or pics?

i have a roofing ladder that we screwed into the deck of my tower blind thats about 7 feet off the ground. My Dad (65) and son (7) have no trouble and its been working like a charm for about 15 years.
