I had made this one up awhile back, but forgot about it. I got a scope light for xmas one year and put it on a cobra stabalizer. It's not cheap - about 50.00 but I use it on scope for when pigs/javis come out. This works barely out to 100yds with a cheap Bushnell. It is not something you can hold up forever but is very bright. You also have a dangling cord and -6volt battery attached to your belt.
