Default I need a stave, ASAP!

I need a bow stave, cured, Osage preferred, Hickory OK. Bonus points if the material came from Texas. I only need about 4 feet of usable material. Needs to be straight, for a spear shaft. Thereís so much more to the story that I canít tell you, but I need it quickly. Send me a PM what you have and we can work out a deal. I have some budget, can pay for good material.

You might post this on the trad forum. Alot of guys with staves there. Your post might get lost in the Monday campfire madness.

Good luck.

Heck, go to one of the local ACE hardware stores and buy yourself a Hickory hoe handle... It'll be straight, and turned close to what you'd need already... most are at least 5 foot long... I just bought one for an "eye" hoe at Community Hardware off 59 and Community Dr.... old time hardware store that has all sorts of things like that...
