Anyone work for Arlanxeo? (Lanxess)?

I see Arlanxeo is hiring Operator Technician Trainees. Was wondering if anyone worked for them and what they thought of them as a company. I do know an old Coast Guard buddy that now works for them and he makes about $38-39 an hour. But was looking for other opinions.
One thing that bothers me is they start you out basicallly as a contractor then if you make the grade they will bring you onboard with them.

Went through the exact training program they are hiring for now. I've been with the company (Arlx) for 2 years but out at the site for 3. Did 1 year in training program till a spot opened up but some people have done as short as 3 months and as long as year and a half and got hired on. I will say this that they treat contractors way different than you imagine. They treat you the same as a company guy just the only difference is the uniform. Any ? Just PM me.
