There are 11 Texas Highway Dept. vehicles in our hotel parking lot with Orange ribbon attached on different parts of the vehicles. What is the purpose if any. I told my wife someone on TBH would know.
I'm seeing May is motorcycle awareness month and found an article from last year of a department putting orange ribbons on the their cars to raise awareness.
