Best leafy suit or camo for hunting in top of mesquite trees?

    I got the realtree leafy suit from Bass Pro a few years ago. I hunt on the ground tucked inside a bush, no popup. I get deer within 5 yards every hunt, no scent cover either . I guess at that close of a distance, anything that breaks up your real shape is a good camo.

        One reason I prefer a lease with live oaks and cedars. Always good cover.

          Relatore Xtra is hard to beat usually, but the new max 1 pattern is good for the brush country.

                  Haha no doubt! I've hunted Southeast Arkansas river bottoms since I was a kid...I'm fish outta water in all those mesquites!!

                    I grabbed a ghillie suit made for bow hunters the other day. It doesn't seem to catch the string and does a excellent job blending in.http://bushrag.com
