I have deer I'm a lot more mad at than him...

He's a decent 10 pointer with 4 inch G-4's... just not much length of tine over say 8"

We've had quite a few bucks shed their velvet within the last five days... Five or six that we know about.

It's seems early for Webb County. Most of our deer hold on to velvet until later on in September. They don't all follow that pattern. Maybe with the wet year they might finish out sooner?

We usually fly our survey about sept 11.... and we always see a couple that have already rubbed out...

Glad to see that those big feeders are working out! That one of the ones that we all bought from that ranch?

We are SW of Encinal and never see hard horns till the end of Sept. with many still in velvet into early Oct. What is the time frame between when they stop growing and when they rub the velvet off. Hoping for a little more growth on the split G3 buck.
