No personal experience but have a few buddies that hunt out that way and have yet to eat tag soup, theyve all shot pretty good bucks too around 130+. Big hogs too.

We hunted just west of Haskell, specifically NW of Rule on the Brazos and there is an abundance of deer, hogs and turkey on the lease we were on. Like stated above deer can easily be 130"+. The mailman out there owns land 7 miles S of where we hunted and his son shot a 176" buck that went 265lbs on the hoof. Must hunt wheat or oats out there, they wouldn't touch a corn feeder. Good luck to ya!!

This is so crazy. I vividly remember drilling wells in Haskell County back in the 80's and early 90's and I'll bet there weren't 100 deer in the whole county. Oh how times have changed. What an awesome turn around.

I own 700 acres on the river just south of Rule. You'll have plenty of deer hogs and turkey. The deer are big and a 130+ is very reasonable
