How old is your hunting bow? When is it time to get a new one? Mine is a 2001 model.

2 Weeks old on the Mathews Tactical.

2 weeks old on the Hoyt Buffalo recurve.

New time to get one is when you want to get one.

Im still hooked on my Matthews Ultra II. I've had it for 10 or 11 years. Have been looking at the new ones alot lately. Like those parallel limb designs. Bout time for new one.

Before my Ultra II, I had a Martin Jaguar for about 4 or 5 years.

Prior to that I had a Pearson Renegade with a 5 inch overdraw shooting a 24" 2216 aluminum arrow flying at a wopping 224 fps. My first deer with a bow was with that one.
Kept it for a couple of years

Firstly I had a Bear bow. Bought it in 1991ish

An '08 Reezen and my backup is a Q2 that I got in '00 or '01 not real sure. The Q2 is still the most comfortable bow I have ever shot, the Reezen is next in line. Tried most other new ones and bought a few through the years but always went back to the Q2 until the Reezen.

Not 100% possitive on the years, but an 07' Bowtech Tribute and an 03' Bowtech Extreme SD. Love both...
