For u guys using it was there any problems when you switched from another feed? Like getting them to eat it-- my biggest fear since we are in pretty good shape with what we are doing.

FYI...L/E has 2 different deer proteins, 20% and 16%....one thing L/E will do for you FREE, they will have their biologist come to you and survey your ranch for available forbes/mast foods and recommend a blend for your area. Not all L/E proteins are the same. some areas will get a different formula. the best thing to do is to call Ronnie at L/E. He stays at the Georgetown location more but call the main number and they can help you.....

Yes. L&E delivering and filling up our feeders was more feasible for us. They do it cheaper than we can buy the feed and do it ourselves. Our deer eat L&E just as good as they did RHR. We have protein and cottonseed feeders in the same pen. Batchelor groups take turns eating at both feeders while there. Call Ronnie Eckel’s at the Poth office. He’s the man you want to talk to if you decide to switch.

we used them for years with great results but switched a few years ago due to slow delivery of bulk protein from them - have they fixed that issue?
