Spotted a herd of 10 elk from about 2 miles away on the wide open prairie. Not on our property.

Saw a single cow on top of the north mtn. Slow so far. We are working the foothills calling and moving every 15mins.

It rained for about an hour pretty hard. Roads are a muddy mess. Gonna hunt the north pasture this evening where we cut a fresh bull track around noon.
